1. Ways of interacting In the Bangkit program, I learned to adapt to a new environment. Where usually I can interact offline, but during Bangkit, we run all the programs online. I also learned how to interact with new people who come from various fields. Especially during the capstone project, where we have to keep interacting to find solutions in the capstone project. Also,Bangkit program increase my adaptability in ways of interacting. Where I can improve my creativity, innovative, and discussion skills.
2. Ways of AchievingIn Bangkit 2023 program, I have set things that I want to achieve during Bangkit 2023. It also happened when I ran the capstone project with my team. Where we must determine the goals and things we want to achieve during the capstone project. As well as ensuring that during the course of the project, the decisions made also get the same mind and thoughts from all members.
3. Ways of LearningIn Bangkit program, I was able to learn how to develop my ways of learning. Where we can learn how to learn new things. Especially, I am a student who comes from a non-IT major. I learned about new communities in IT, such as kaggle, Git and Github, deeplearning.ai, etc. Also, I learned to study machine learning material on coursera platform which was very unfamiliar to me before. I also learned a lot of new skills in ILT Softskill that can develop my soft skills for the future.
4. Ways of Working Of course, in Bangkit program we learn how to working professionally. cause, when I woke up I studied consistently every day. And I know what I want to do. Also, the Google Calendar feature really helps me to study professionally. So that my time and activities run regularly and effectively.
5. Ways of Thinking.In Bangkit, I also learn how to adaptability ways of thinking. In the first Class of ILT Class, I learn about Growth Mindset, and from that class I really learn about how to change behavior from fixed mindset to growth mindset, and try to implement that behavior in every single day.
